Refund policy
- Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please make sure the item is postmarked or returned within this timeframe.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the clothing items must be in their original condition. This means they must be unworn, unused, and free from any signs of damage or alteration. Please try on the items without removing any tags or labels until you are certain about your purchase.
- Packaging: All returned items must be in their original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit. This includes the original boxes, bags, or any additional accessories that were included with the purchase.
- Tags and Labels: Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and any other attached accessories remain intact and undamaged. These tags play an essential role in identifying the item and verifying its condition. Items without their original tags may be ineligible for a return or subject to a restocking fee.
- Proof of Purchase: To facilitate the return process, please include a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice with the returned items. This will help us verify the purchase and process your return promptly.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was shipped. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items. Please retain the tracking information for reference until your return has been processed and provide us with the full details at hello@suzetatelier.com so we can track it as well.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will process your return. You have the option to choose either a refund or an exchange for the same item or a different item of equal value. If you opt for an exchange and the item chosen is of greater value, you will be asked to pay the difference. Please note that the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Limited editions, final sale or special-order items cannot be refunded; other items might also be non-refundable when for example an item is a 'last size' or 'Special Fabric'. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and we kindly ask you to consult our return policy before placing your order.
